Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet quality, scope, and time constraints. Their blend of project management and quality assurance expertise will ensure that products not only meet developmental milestones but also uphold the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
   • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
   • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
2. Quality Assurance:
   • Establish and manage QA processes, ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards.
   • Coordinate with the development and product teams to create detailed QA plans.
   • Lead and/or oversee testing efforts, including manual and automated tests.
   • Identify, log, and track defects to resolution, ensuring that final products are free of critical issues.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Act as the main point of contact for project-related queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
   • Present regular updates on project progress, risks, and QA findings.
   • Foster strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Continuous Improvement:
   • Analyze project outcomes and QA results to recommend improvements in processes and methodologies.
   • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in project management and QA.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with project management software tools, like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
